I trained at Ravensbourne College of Art and gained a BA Hons in Graphic Design. I now run my own graphic design and web design company.
Alongside my design business I also pursue my photography and fine art interests and exhibit in central London and throughout south east England including Llewellyn Alexander, Waterloo and Rowley Contemporary Arts, Kensington.
My passion for photography started whilst studying for my degree in graphic design where photography was an integral part of the course.
I enjoy the experience of exploring the landscape, both locally to where I live in Kent and when travelling.
Quality of light, for me, is the key factor and at the heart of my work. I enjoy the way light transforms the landscape momentarily and I try to capture that moment.
My 15 minutes of fame came when I took part in a radio programme on BBC Radio Kent when I was called upon to discuss classic art and design as part of the BBC's "The Culture Show".
I have won the Kent Wildlife Trust Photographer of the Year award and my work has also appeared on the front cover of Coast Magazine, in Surrey Life and various other publications.
I hope you enjoy looking around the site. Please get in contact if you would like to discuss my work further - Sarah.
